Operating mainly in the North Park area of sunny San Diego, our slow smoked BBQ is cooked over a variety of different woods from our supplier.
We’ll smoke with woods from Almond to Walnut on our hand-built, 1/4″ steel pipe, Harper Barbecue pit from Costa Mesa.
We keep a simple menu of three to four items, but we’ll always have our $5 beef brisket sandwich at all of the markets, festivals, and pop-ups we attend. Pulled pork, our handmade sausages, pork belly, and vegan/vegetarian alternatives are other foods we smoke that we rotate in. We now carry Boxed Water! To help reduce our carbon footprint, we are exclusively selling Boxed Water (we also use compostable food containers and eco-friendly chafing fuel). Pick one up with your favorite BBQ! We are keeping the costs low so that you can get it on the cheap to enjoy with your BBQ!
